We process your order immediately: we charge your credit card and reserve your plants in your name or transmit your hard-good order to our fulfillment warehouse.

Credit Card and PayPal refunds will be sent to issuing bank within 5-7 business days of approval.

Hard-good items ship from a fulfillment warehouse. Orders generally arrive within 7-10 days. Hardgood products ship FedEx Ground unless customer requests express shipping.

We ship all Sporticulture Live Plants from our nursery In Glenwood, MD Monday through Wednesday.

This allows us to utilize the best value carrier for shipping your order. In the very rare case where weather may prevent delivery of tender plants intended as gifts, we will send an announcement of your gift and then ship as soon as it is safe. Please note: We avoid shipping plants at the end of the week so that they won't sit in a shipping warehouse over the weekend. Any orders coming in at the end of the week will be shipped the following week, regardless of the method chosen. If you order on Friday, and choose Express or Overnight, that package will be shipped the Monday of the following week. When in doubt, please email us at Info@sporticulture.com

We will be happy to ship to as many folks as you have on your list. Please note that a separate shipping charge will be applied to each address.

Our plants are grown and selected by our professional production team. They choose the freshest, healthiest plants for your order. If you experience problems with your plants, please contact us at Info@sporticulture.com. Sporticulture™ is not responsible for problems related to extreme weather or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your team flowers.

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. We include a "In the Event of Damages" information sheet in every box. Please follow the information carefully.

We are a small, independent business. Although we generally have very competitive shipping rates, we don't have the volume to offer free shipping. As our business grows we will continue to pass along any savings we get on our shipping charges to you our valued customer. Sign up for our mailing list so you can receive updates on news, savings, and special offers.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking number. Use the relevent shipping service’s tracking utility to check on your order.

Our wholesale greenhouses have been in business for over 50 years. We have a reputation for high quality plants. Our staff has many years of experience selecting plants for garden centers and landscapers, so they will choose the best plants for your order.

Team Color Mums are in 8” pots. Plants are 14-16” Tall and 12-14” Wide.

Fall and Spring Pansy Mixes are in 8” pots. Plants are 8-10” Tall and 8-10” Wide.

Summer and Spring Flower Mixes are in 8” pots. Plants vary in height and width. Flowers included may be different from what is pictured.

As with any live plant product these sizes are subject to variation.

Open the box and carefully lift the plant out by pulling up on the paper sleeve. To remove the sleeve, tear the paper from the bottom up to avoid damaging the plant. If you are putting your Team Flowers outside, place them in sunny location. Check your plant daily to see if it needs water. If the soil is dry to the touch, water thoroughly. If your Team Flower is staying inside, place in a bright location. For easy watering, place an ice cube on the soil surface every day. Your plant will get the water it needs without making a mess.
